Austria's External Economic Relations 2008
Within the scope of the 'Research Centre International Economics' (FIW) the yearbook on 'Austria's External Relations 2008' has been published. You can download the full text of the yearbook (in German) and the English summary for free.
This English summary is a condensed version of the more than 250 pages long publication 'Österreichs Außenwirtschaft 2008', which is published by the FIW for the second time, and funded by the The Federal Ministry of Economics and Labour (BMWA). The publication provides numerous analyses and comprehensive data on the framework of world trade and on Austrian trade in goods and services as well as Austrian foreign direct investment. The main focus is set on the year 2007; futhermore an outlook for 2008 and 2009 is given. It also covers the financial crises.
