We updated the FIW-Statistics. The "Current FIW-Statistics on International Trade" offer a clear and graphical overview on key data and indices reflecting current international developments on international trade.
FIW in "Die Presse"
Exports are recovering, but not to 2008 levels yet. In an article about the Austrian Foreign Trade, the Austrian Newspaper "Die Presse" has mentioned a FIW-Research Report.

Statistik Austria veröffentlicht aktuelle Zahlen zum österreichischen Außenhandel
Statistik Austria vermeldet einen Anstieg der Ausfuhren um 21,0% im Dezember 2010 im vergleich zum Vorjahresmonat. Damit betrugen die Ausfuhren im Dezember 9,10 Mrd. Euro. der Gesamtwert der Einfuhren von Warenlag im Dezember 2010 bei 9,69 Mrd. Euro. Dies entspricht einem Ansiteg von 16,9% gegenüber Dezember 2009.
